  • Customer Service Representative (CSR): Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking needs.

  • Teller: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and daily cash transactions for customers.

  • Proof & Operations: Process and verify daily transactions to ensure accuracy and smooth bank operations.

  • Lending: Support customers with loan applications, approvals, and servicing.

  • IT: Maintain bank technology systems, security, and technical support.

  • Compliance: Ensure the bank follows all regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

  • Accounting: Manage financial records, reporting, and budgeting for the bank.
